Great managers that help get new hires on-boarded quickly and learn the tricks of the trade! Good culture and teamwork focus. Part time 401k plan was fantastic for part timers!
Cons
Pay could have been a bit higher, upper management could benefit from more store to store interaction and employee benefits.
