- OUTSTANDING management. - 100% of staff working there want to be there. - 100% of staff are extremely helpful to customers and to new employees, too. - Very family oriented. Store closes at 8pm six (6) days a week and 6pm on Sundays. - The employee discount is great and the uniform discount is even better. - Must wear Duluth brand clothing to work. - Asking for time off is never a problem. - Flexible schedule. - Hiring rate for a part time sales associate is not bad. - Management explains why things are done the way they are. - Management is open to employee suggestions. - Management works to each individual's strengths. - Almost zero turnover.
Cons
No raise in 2025. New employees make the same as employees who have been there longer. Most staff are part time. Most shifts for part time staff are between three (3) and four (4) hours.
