Pros

Flexible work culture. The office maintains an open-door policy although most employees are not required to be in-person. Autonomy. Managers allow employees to be in control of their own day and prioritize work as they like. Constantly Evolving. Employees are able to contribute fresh ideas and see them through ideation to execution. If it proves successful, the leadership team takes note and will support. If it proves unsuccessful, they allow you to quickly adapt and learn from mistakes.

Cons

There is no company-wide intranet to keep cross-departmental employees aligned and connected. You can feel isolated to your department.

Pros

Supportive team environment with executives that listen. Leadership does a great job sharing updates on company performance, goals, and key metrics, which creates transparency. They are also consistently asking for employee feedback and have made meaningful changes over time based on it. There are real opportunities to take on more responsibility and help shape new initiatives.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, priorities can shift, or new initiatives come up that require employees to be flexible. That said, leadership does a great job keeping everyone informed on what the most important things are, so it is easy to stay focused.

Job is manageable if you have a good AE managing expectations with customer and hauler

Cons

Unattainable goals. Management ensures you always finish around 80-100%. Won't publish numbers until mid-month to see how you're trending.
