Quality of coworkers. You will some greatly talented and passionate people here. Management is nurturing and open to teaching. Product designs are innovative. Processes are strong. Annual bonuses for staff who are not on commission are generous. Interaction with different teams is high. You won't see people working in silos.

Micro-management by everyone. It's part of a culture. Day starts late but nights go on forever. A 9pm meeting with CEO which goes on till 11pm is not unusual. Fixed monthly salaries are way below market. Head office is way out in Dubai Outsource Zone, so unless you have a car it's difficult to reach. Medical Insurance sucks with low coverage and copay. Lack of career path or planning. You could spend 5 years with same designation and very little change in salary, though your job role will expand.
