      Pros

      Nice upper management . I have a great staff and wonderful guests. The pay is nice too.

      Cons

      6 days a week. No paid holidays. Only regular pay on holidays. Only 1 week paid vacation and 3 personal days.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
