Pros

Fast-paced environment (during morning shifts), easy to get hired, simple tasks/easy to learn, easy to get a raise, scheduling was flexible in terms of days of the week

Cons

Excruciating early morning hours, hard to be scheduled for shifts outside of morning/weekend rush, very monotonous, multi-tasking sometimes stressful, taking orders via headset & simultaneously operating drive-thru window especially challenging for people with ADHD, simple work became incredibly difficult when understaffed, was OFTEN understaffed, not allowed to keep tips, dehumanized/mistreated by customers at drive-thru window on the daily, incredibly boring if business is slow, debased to janitorial work if it isn't busy, poor management

Pros

Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

Cons

Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
