      Absolutely none. Horrific work environment with very unrelatable people.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Scheduling subject to change without notice. Very rushed work environment. Customer were god-awful.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
