      - There is always something to do

      - Schedule can change a half hour prior to shift - Promotion is easy of course when your manager is your mom (unfair practices)

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
