Absolutely one of the worst employers I have ever worked for. Top management in this company is extremely unprofessional and in many cases extremely rude. I had the misfortune of being in some of the managers meetings and was shocked at how directors and owners interacted with each other in front of managers and senior managers.
Swearing, shouting, threats and tantrums by top management is definitely a regular occurrence in this company. I have personally experienced how managers are literally threatened with termination of their employment should something not be done the way the directors want.
With some of the other reviews on this site where mention is made of employees quitting without having alternative employment to go to the responses from HR is shocking but not surprising at all as they are blatantly lying that no one has resigned without having another job to go to.
I personally know of 3 managers at a senior level who have resigned without having another job to go to, this in itself is a very good indicator of the work environment at Dunster House.
Other negatives in this company are, no bonuses at the end of the year, no sick pay, extremely strict time keeping, extremely strict dress codes especially for female employees, paranoid owners and directors. The best career move I ever made was to leave this company with its toxic work environment. Good riddance!
