9yThank you for your honest feedback. I'm deeply concerned about your comment that "management can be quite sexist," and hope you might speak with me or P&C in confidence about this. We will not tolerate workplace discrimination of any kind.
It's important to me that everyone at Duo has the opportunity to do their best work, and a voice that matters. Supporting our employee-led initiatives (such as women@duo) is part of this, though we need to make sure these are effective, and not just token efforts. Building an inclusive culture is not easy, and we can always do better.
Finally, I’m sorry that our existing channels for feedback are not supporting you well, and hope that you will connect directly with me or P&C. Let's talk soon...
