9yThank you for sharing your experience. I’m proud to hear you champion our professional development, culture and product! I also hear your feedback on where we should focus. We currently review compensation for the organization twice a year and use external compensation surveys to help us benchmark. That said, this is an area we continue to invest in including benefits that support the wellbeing of our folks. I am also passionate about ensuring we continue to diversify our leadership team, and I’m proud to see us investing in a Diversity & Inclusion Manager and programs. While we lead the market in some of our diversity metrics, that doesn’t mean we feel like we are meeting our own standards. We’ll keep focusing here and appreciate you continuing to share opportunities for Duo to grow.
