8yAs the leader of the ISS department, I am personally disappointed to read this but appreciate the candid feedback and am committed to learning more as your description does not reflect our expectations of how we conduct ourselves at Duo. Period. More specifically, some of your comments regarding your experience with managers on the team are things that I am hearing for the first time and would welcome learning more about. While you are no longer with the organization, I would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly, and can assure you this will be taken forward with our department leadership team.
