You can learn a lot here and they give you an opportunity to learn.
Cons
Goodwill runs out very quickly here. They will tell you "water under the bridge" if you make a mistake, but then record every little error you've ever made.
high workload (expect to work hours of unpaid overtime per week - without any recognition)
High turnover (this is not by accident, or because of bad luck, its 100% because of lack of good management)
fundamental improvement is needed, in communications between management and the customer service team.
