Relatively competitive salary. Very open to remote work. A handful of nice coworkers.

Worst culture of anywhere I’ve ever worked. I could go days without talking to anyone. Nobody seemed enthusiastic about being there. Overall lack of organization and direction - I felt like I was firing projects into the void. There was unlimited PTO but using it meant working late-nights to make up for it upon returning. I honestly have no positive memories of working here. Also their “competitive 401k” was a 0% match.
