Good to work in current company

working for 7 yrs and not much technology growth .

if you are a fresher looking for a job then HCL is great place to work.chances are more for onsite for short term but depends on project. good place to work for experience guys also. Salary is average,not bad.

Salary package is a concern when compared to other companies salary package with similar experience. onsite opportunities are less or it is not on rotational basis. in some projects, dirty politics is going on because of the some senior members and manager of the project.Because of this one can blame HCL. no proper recognition for real workers.
