      Pros

      When Durcon was in Michigan (the real Durcon) the company was GREAT . Employees were a team and everyone supported each other. Pay was low, great health care benifits . People liked each other enough that they socialize after work and still do to this day. We were all friends. .

      Experienced company that has been through a lot. Pushes employees to do their best,

      Accountability across all levels doesn't exist. Including the production floor all the way up to the business leaders.
