Pros
- Very open and acceptable culture - Leaders are approachable - Decision making is quick - Attitude and zeal to grow and grow fast
Cons
- Short term goals are given more focus - Professionals get doubted by the promoters / less trust on professionals - Compensation is very low hence alot of folks get very exciting compensation outside of this organization - Benefits are very less, Except for Insurance and small discount on goods, we don't get anything else. - No rewards & recognition - Politics is high at the top level as there is less trust within the leadership group - No Skill development, no course sponsorship etc. We always speak of companies like Asian Paints or Pidilite or Flipkart internally but we don't encourage employees to take up courses from ISB or IIM. I would be ready to stick to Duroflex if they pay good salary and also sponsor a Executive course for me from ISB or IIM.
