I was issued an appraisal letter by my company in April, acknowledging my performance and announcing a salary revision. However, as of now, the revised amount has not been credited to my account. This delay in implementing the promised salary increment has been disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to honoring its commitments to employees. Appraisals are meant to motivate and reward employees for their hard work, but delays in execution undermine the entire process. I would appreciate greater transparency from the management regarding such matters. If there are delays due to specific challenges, timely communication with employees would help build trust. A structured timeline for implementing appraisals in the future would go a long way in improving the employee experience. Cons: Delayed implementation of appraisals.
