Nice people, good energy and hours

Cons

Lots of standing, not proper being outside in the heat for so long, my stand had major management issues and the people who ran it had favorites while other stands didn’t have any issues

I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

Cons

They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
