      Shift leads do wayyyy more work with little to no extra pay. Toxic culture sometimes but it depends on management

      It was genuinely such a rewarding job. Loved every minute of it.

      Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

      Cons

      They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
