      Pros

      Great path setup, Lovely culture that supports you. They work on preparing you for the job world. Great attitudes. Great leaders.

      Cons

      No complaints except due to the age it attracts, the conversion rate is high so pay stays at minimum wage usually before tips.

      I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

      They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

      Some cool merch and the low-level employees really care about culture and making it a good place to work

      Cons

      They churn and burn through employees at HQ without batting an eye. It's disappointing that they don't live up to their pillars of "radiate kindness and treat everyone with respect"
