Many arms under IFMR Trust. Exciting work, some great people and accessibility to senior management. There is a steep growth curve if you get the right manager and organisation. Allowed to have significant impact and meaningful growth if you demonstrate ability
Cons
Not enough investment in middle management. Confusion at senior levels about strategic direction and alignment leading. Great for an entry level job but high attritiion between years 2-4
