Working Condition are good Benefit when event day are good

Very Fast Paced Need to handle a lot of things at the same time

I gained valuable hands-on experience and had the chance to connect with many professionals in the industry. The office location is great, surrounded by amazing food spots within the Kompas Gramedia complex. I also appreciated the learning opportunities and the free lunch benefit when we worked overtime on weekends.

The workload was quite heavy and deadlines were often unclear. Internal communication within the team was poor, and I often experienced micromanagement from my direct supervisor, which made it difficult to grow or express ideas. Unfortunately, I also faced unprofessional behavior that made the work environment feel toxic and unsupportive toward interns. It often felt like interns were undervalued and expected to perform tasks beyond reasonable capacity without proper guidance or compensation.
