      Very employee friendly company, always ready to listen to employee's voice. Nice employee benefit strategies. Technologically well advanced company. Coding standard is highly qualified. People from different points in the globe are contributing in the company.

      Cons

      Bit of politics is going on there. The mingling between people from different countries are not going smooth sometimes. Will be improving over time.
