      Pros

      Dynamic environment, awesome people, personal growth. There are reviews on here by people who I personally believe don't understand the opportunity that comes with the job. Fast paced? Yes. Demanding? Yes. Hard? Yes. It is a door to door sales job, but once you look past that and see the potential that lies in this job you quickly realize that the opportunities are endless if you stick with it and give it your all. Want a nice comfortable job where you clock in then clock out and call it a day? This isn't for you. Are you someone focused on maximizing your potential and being the best you can be? Then this is the job for you. What you put in, you get out. The most successful entrepreneurs out there started in similar ways that this job entails. It's just up to you to make the most of it.

      Cons

      Demanding work. It is not for someone who is lazy and wants something where they can comfortably sit in a chair all day.

Attitude and work ethic are really the only 2 things that divide the line between the successful and unsuccessful. Sales, entry level positions, that first career out of college - they're not always the most glamorous, but they're usually the ones that offer the most development and growth potential.       I see reviews on here about how they were deceptive and it's a scam and blah blah blah. Yes it is face to face marketing sales. What does that mean? Door to door sales. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily. Is it for me no. What this company has to offer is transformational leadership. That said; they put effort into their employees to become the best they can be. I only went for the first interview but I have nothing bad to say about this company. There is a three-step process interview where you'll be able to answer any questions you have. I strongly suggest that you do ask questions and leave nothing to question. Coming up on April 4 of this year they will have their one year anniversary. I took the time to look over their website research the CEO and the assistant managers and met with Marshall. He was a very nice upbeat energetic person that I enjoyed meeting and being an interviewee with. This company will go far with the path that they are on. I believe wholeheartedly in this

      I have to at least have 20 words for the cons. I'm going to tell you this there are no cons if you don't like door-to-door sales don't apply if you can stand to have door-to-door sales for a little bit and then move on up and advance your career go for it.
