      Pros

      He will pay you ok - especially if you know your stuff.

      Cons

      8 hours of pure hell every single day. The owner is very insecure and will bully and badger all employees all day and every day. Very uncomfortable work day.. He expects staff to stay late everyday and then he will want you to work after hours almost everyday as well! Does not appreciate staff... Filps out if you need time off -even if its for a doctor's appointment. Office is TINY.. he lies and tells all new hires that he is planning to move.. that is BS. Very tight space.. not cool.. no kitchen or break room.. like a sweatshop.

      Pros

      I worked on cutting edge tech - that was great. I basically learned everything here and it prepared me for a great career - I now work for a fortune 100 company. I am very thankful. I was able to do a lot of enterprise work that I would not have been able to do working from other companies.

      Cons

      Its an IT job so there are times I had to work after hours rebooting servers, etc. Some end-user clients were had to deal with - especially the ones that have been clients a real long time. Some other techs were hard to work with too and should be let go.
