Pros
Passionate Founders and Employees have created a nirvana. I can truly state that the high rating is because of the above. Every single employee is committed to producing the highest quality work. The reason that I see for this is how open the founders are about making our software better and this humility has inspired the staff to be truly innovative. The founders are also committed to their employees as people. They want to ensure that we are getting everything we need. They are committed to our professional development and not knowing something is not regarded as a deficiency it is regarded as an opportunity to teach. I have learned more in the last 3 months as a result of feeling comfortable in sharing what I do not know than at any other organization. It's the little things that also make an enormous impact. Little notes of praise and encouragement go the distance to impact engagement. I truly love working here and enjoy the people I work with! The founders take hiring very seriously, as a result, there is no B team. Imagine this: an all star team working beautifully together to make an award winning software for our members. There is more than a little magic at play, this is the way it should feel in any organization.
Cons
The only one I can think of is that I wish I could spend more time in the same office ( I work remotely). Thanks to slack, I still feel very much a part of the team. So, not really a con just a testament to how much I enjoy my colleagues.
