Pros
Dynamix is a small-to-mid sized company, so everyone takes on many different types of responsibilities to keep the ship sailing. This said, Dynamix's Management team is full of honest, talented, and experienced individuals who are willing to help you grow. Sometimes, the day-to-day operations can get quite hectic, but you're in good hands. As for myself, this was my first job coming out of getting an engineering degree. It was a very fulfilling experience, and I could not have asked for more as my first job. As a technical salesperson, it would be good to have a solid understanding of fluid mechanics and machine design (keep in mind that the mixers/agitators industry is quite niche), but you should also be very much open to leading business negotiations and/or client presentations - as for me, I had an interest in that sort of stuff, and Dynamix really helped me dive deeper into that area of interest.
Cons
There are some small nit-picky things I could list, but none of them are insurmountable (you just need patience and a willingness to learn). Dynamix is a small-to-mid sized company - if you believe that this is where you want to immerse yourself into, then Dynamix is for you. Every day presents itself as a new learning opportunity, and it would be best to truly take that to heart. Although taking public transport is possible, it is not the most convenient. Biking to work could be an option as well.
