Pros
Joining this fantastic company has actually been the making of me. I had no previous experience of mortgages, my background was retail management and performing arts, Ying saw passed this and welcomed me in, I haven't looked back since. With the career change and no experience I had to start again from the bottom, this was admittedly daunting but I had all the tools and support I needed to rebuild. I'm extremely proud of my achievements and how far I have come with the help of Ying and the management team, for which I am also grateful. I have completely immersed myself in Dynamo, having worked in multiple departments I can hand on heart say this is a great business to be a part of and grow within. The culture and values are great, there's lots to get involved with and plenty of opportunity.
Cons
There's far more good than bad, I wouldn't of said anything was bad but everyone has different expectations and wants. There could be a couple tweaks to the benefits, but this is an independent business so the benefits wouldn't be to the same scale as a large international employer, in the same breath a business of that size wouldn't have the same culture or opportunities to offer as Dynamo.
