The founder is engaged and effective, and continues to be very hands-on with clients and the product. High investment in the product and new technologies. Tenured in-house engineering team. The approach to Covid has been cautious, and there is increased support of remote and flexible work. All offices were completely or partially remote for the last year. Working directly with high-profile clients provides good opportunity for career growth. Many senior and mid-level people were promoted from within.
Cons
Intense workload. B2B software for alternative assets is a demanding industry, and since this is our core client-base, there is a lot of pressure from clients and client services for quick resolutions. Hiring has not kept up with the business growth, resulting in longer hours recently, and less work-life balance.
