Uncertain direction - Operations Dynata Employee Review

The company seems to be in some sort of transition that is not managed well at all. Low morale with many people leaving or considering to. No job security of late and low pay with no way to get a raise. Vision and direction are hardly applied, if they exist at all. Very little power to UK management. Lack of planning and transparency No real cooperation between teams and offices Bureaucratic processes and too many buggy platforms Acts like a small company where there is "that" person to go to instead of reliable teams.
