Pros
Remote, Somewhat flexible, Easy Interview process
Cons
Not enough training only one day & once you're on the floor the rules change. Management is all over the place - you don't even have a 'team' or a specific Team Leader you can report too, its odd. Basically just thrown in a Teams chat & get to work. They expect you to read scripts verbatim and not even acknowledge that you're speaking to a live person, you're basically a robot. They expect you to use your own equipment - laptop, headset, and mouse. Their schedule system sucks, they don't post it till 2 hours before your shift, so you're always scrambling to find out if you work or not, hard to make plans. Lastly, when I let them know I had to resign, they said nothing they just blocked all my access to everything. That shows you a job is really just a job. Also its very very low pay ($13) for what you need to do, especially for working night hours.
