The work is extremely interesting, you may even get to see the designs you helped revise or create finished in the warehouse. Pay was fair and benefits (PTO and holiday) were nice. Since there are very few standard processes there is flexibility to handle tasks as you see fit depending on your department.

Incompetent senior management. Friends of the previous owner placed in positions well above their abilities. Almost no standard policies. After acquisition by German company expectations are more convoluted and unclear and salary's are no longer competitive in MA. Insurance coverage is also worse now.
