Pros

Some excellent experts and some really nice people

Cons

The pay isn’t great and the job contracts can feel a bit shaky. Leadership could be more understanding and show more respect for consulting staff. They also tend to take on risky projects that drag out and end up backfiring.

- Remote work and intensive deadlines/complex milestones can be a drain if one is not highly disciplined and trained for the work - High-energy, social collaborators can miss opportunities for in-person time as the office is limited to London, and all-hands and team meetings are 99% online
