      Good work Balance, some IT projects can be interesting. Systems are old and lack investment

      Cons

      Some IT projects are very dull. The whole of IT is getting outsourced. Many layers of Bureaucracy No real High level strategy Bounces between reduce cost, then Improve service despite costs, then back to reduce costs

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
