      Pros

      Working alongside some of the friendliest colleagues I have known.

      Cons

      The more senior the position, the lower the level of standards. Management held to a far lower standard than the Advisors that they manage. An incredibly inhumane approach to absences and personal issues. Enormous amounts of money spent on management patting themselves on the back.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
