The people and friendships made

Back when I first started they had lead agents who knew the work, then they started hiring really poor managers who can't even construct a sentence. Some have zero people skills and just tick boxes and call it management. Management extremely poor, especially senior managers, extremely bad attendence management practices, allowing some people to take the Michael with no consequence. No backbone to deal with the malingerers

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
