I started at next in 2001 from e.on. Next was all about new ways of working with your team and having autominy. Unfortunately this has changed over the last couple of years and increasing stats, time card and sanctions such as plans official and unofficial are made. A change to the absence policy making it more rigid. A feeling of faliure. To many work flows for help so you can't always get help when the customer is on the phone. Complicated complaints process for customers and staff.
