Pros
Good job. You deal with customers in debt. Not always on phone. You do everything from, emails to spreadsheets. Not micromanaged like other call centres. Very flexible and pay is fantastic. Only issue is training is rubbish!
Cons
Need to train staff properly as the work can be very complex
