While the company expects professional-level commitment and performance, it fails to provide basic employee flexibility, fair compensation, and a healthy work environment. Management practices are outdated, and employee well-being is not prioritised. Salary growth is extremely poor even giving good commitment of continuous service of work towards company. Highly toxic work culture that affects mental well-being.At this point company only advice only to leave if you are not enough to take stress or risk of working here No proper leave policy; extra leaves are marked as LOPs Appraisal is negatively affected due to LOPs even when all assigned work is completed No flexibility in working hours; strict “school-like” timings are enforced Work-from-home or flexible timings are not supported at all Management lacks leadership and decision-making authority Managers are unable to take a stand for their team’s genuine needs Employees feel unheard and undervalued Poor work–life balance despite being an IT professional role
