Pros
Work from home Travel Flexibility (depending on your manager)
Cons
Very steep learning curve if you are new to the industry. Choose wisely. High turnover. People were leaving every month. Horrible management and training. Everyone will tell you it takes 6 months-1 year to learn your role, but you will never fully be given the opportunity to truly make it. Like in the above reviews, “training” was still pushed off to a less experienced employee who held the same role as me but also had less than one year experience. To make matters worse, she didn’t even work with the same client I would be working with, and my manager did things differently. The person who ended up being manager was a micromanager, often known as a bully to others, and was absolutely horrible at training and managing. If you are good at reading the mind, then this might be perfect for you.
