Pros

Good benefits for family,medium-ish for healtcare coverage .Claim are flexible.HIgh Annual leave .

Cons

-Senior can be 'helpful' but not the type where we can always ask questions because the same respond .if you ask do you remember it ?? It always engulf with sarcasm and gossiping .We cant always remember everything but please ,we only 2 days on the job .why so tough on people? too much micromanaging until what people are sitting and eating also need to be feedback. -Getting leaves approved also need to be so restrictive. how we dress also get complained because we represent the 'bank' . no idea is this even a shared service for a bank or not where internal tools are so outdated where the case management is as good as doing manual job more. not using laptops at all ,cant even had the time refer notes. if they see you use the phone ,they immediately think you are free. environment is so 90s. if auditor came ,we are not allowed to go back until the auditor leave lol. If You cant get promoted ,why put the fault on new hires that are higher rank than you ?

Pros

Working as a Business Analyst in the Technology Solutions Department has been a positive experience. The leadership team is very supportive, and everyone is generally helpful. There's a strong emphasis on personal development, with the company investing in training and career growth opportunities. If you're proactive and willing to put in the effort, you’ll find plenty of chances to advance in your career. The workplace culture is fantastic for those with strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities. You'll be able to navigate the environment smoothly as long as you build those relationships. There are also numerous perks, especially for employees with families, including benefits aligned with those of a bank. Overall, it's a great place to grow, especially if you're someone who thrives under challenge and values personal development.

Cons

Working as a Business Analyst here can be quite challenging, and there are a few downsides to consider. The expectations are extremely high, which can lead to constant stress. There's a lot of competition within the team, and it often feels like you have to go above and beyond your regular responsibilities to be recognized as "doing well." Simply performing well in your day-to-day tasks isn’t enough; you’re expected to continually exceed expectations to stand out. Additionally, both increments and bonuses seem to be shrinking over time, which can be disappointing considering the level of effort required. The pressure to meet ambitious goals while also managing increased workloads can lead to burnout if not managed carefully. In summary, while the job can offer opportunities for growth, the stress and competitive environment, combined with decreasing financial rewards, can make it difficult to maintain a positive work-life balance.
