      Pros

      Great workplace till you work like labour. If you leave on time then you have performance issue.

      Cons

      You can be fired within a day without any prior notice or any PIP period just because one of your manager does not like you. 7-8 persons fired just because of this reason in last 7-8 months. Management treats hr and employees like puppet.

      Good communication within team, lots of interesting assignments, low stress, flexibility with remote working.

      Cons

      No room for growth, I was in the same position for years with no new opportunities even when I asked.
