All the staff along with manager and HR are very supportive from the first day of joining. Even during the covid time period, they supported every person by professionally and personally. They always understand employees personal problem and helps to make balance for the professional life. It is a very good company to have experience with. CRM tools could a bit more advanced but the company is already in the process of evaluating better platforms which is a good sign.
