Pros
The nicest, most supportive, most positive work environment I've probably ever been in. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and is rooting for your success. Lots of cross-department collaboration and support. Atmosphere is supportive of those who enjoy being heads down and focused, which I loved.
Cons
Can be a bit too focused on fine tuning processes and introducing new processes. This sometimes lead to confusion. If you're the type who wants a lot of noise and activity and chatter, E4E might feel too corporate for you.
