Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings about your experience at EAC. I'm sorry you felt the sales goals were not achievable. We strive to set sales goals that are challenging yet achievable with the right activities. We review sales goals every quarter and will include your input when we review them next. We will also look into your concern about sales leaderships availability to answer questions. EAC's culture, as defined by our tenets (Be the Best, Do it Right, Work Smart, Be Profitable, Have Fun) and continuous improvement, will continue to drive us to be better.

Pros

Great company culture and vision—leadership (especially the CEO) is clear, communicative, and invested in the team's success. You work with amazing people who are passionate about what they do. The work itself is incredibly interesting. You get to partner with cool manufacturing companies across industries, helping them solve real engineering challenges with digital transformation strategies. It's rewarding to see the impact. EAC invests in training and development, so you're constantly learning and growing in the tech space.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be competing priorities and fast-paced change. If you thrive in structure, it may take some adjustment—but if you like autonomy, constant change and problem-solving, you'll love it.

Flexibility and freedom. You own your book of business and if you get your stuff done you are good.

Cons

Unlimited PTO is good in theory but can be challenging in practice
