      Pros

      EAP Consultants is located in a nice modern facility with on-site cafe and gym. The office is conveniently located with safe parking and on-site building security.

      Cons

      Management and staff are very reclusive. There is little to no training or guidance with Management either behind closed doors or glued to their blue tooth. Office equipment is in need of an upgrade. A good copier and printers is more helpful then free coffee. Also no company benefits.

      Pros

      Fantastic place to work. Wonderful colleagues,! Lots of opportunities for recognition. Best place I have ever worked. The solutions and services lead the industry starting with our "best in class" EAP. Leadership is inspired, success driven, thoughtful, compassionate. Employees are treated like valued people here.

      Cons

      Adaptivity and flexiibility are job requirements because this is a growing, dynamic work environment.

      Great team of people and fulfilling work.

      Cons

      The Management Style made it uncomfortable at times. It's a small office and micromanagement is unnecessary.
