Pros
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working at EARTHRES. I am continually expanding my technical knowledge and am allowed the freedom to perform my job duties without being micromanaged. I have switched jobs frequently throughout my career, but I definitely see myself here for the long term.
Cons
Working in the consulting industry can be a challenge (timesheets, tight budgets, client demands), but the supportive environment at EARTHRES offsets these negatives.
