      Some great staff if you find a good store to work for Some discounts and good access to promos and sales

      Cons

      Minimum wage for maximum effort expectation Very cliquey and people will turn against you to get you fired Minimal hours given per store to actually achieve tasks

      if you don't lack basic social skills, it'll be the most relaxed minimum wage job you ever find

      I have seen a lot of internal talent that would be great for managerial positions get passed up, for bad external hires
