Pros

I’ve been with the company for about a month and a half, and I’m already really enjoying the culture. Unlike other recruitment agencies I’ve worked with, EBAS places equal importance on both client outcomes and the candidate experience. It’s not just about filling roles—it’s about ensuring a strong match in both skills and cultural fit for long-term success. Adrian fosters a culture of open communication, which makes a big difference. He creates an environment where I feel like I’m working WITH him, not FOR him, as we collaborate to grow the company. He’s also a great mentor—offering thoughtful feedback and practical suggestions while still giving you the autonomy to take ownership of projects. This balance really helps you develop your skills and step outside your comfort zone. There’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning, with the understanding that mistakes are part of the process. It creates an environment where you’re encouraged to grow, experiment, and improve without fear of getting things wrong.

Cons

There’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to mastering the tools of the trade, but once you get the hang of them, they make the workflow much smoother and significantly improve efficiency.

Pros

Fast-paced, high ownership, strong leadership direction. Even with 10+ years of experience, this role pushed me to improve. EBAS is very receptive to new technologies and constantly looks for ways to improve efficiency, which makes the work more impactful. I’ve worked with multiple startups, but this was a different level of learning especially in communication and thinking ahead. Management listens, adapts, and evolves with the team. There’s a genuine effort to act on feedback and improve both people and processes.

Cons

It’s a startup, so things move fast and structure can shift but there’s a strong, intentional focus on continuously improving processes and driving efficiency at every level.
